vCIO Client Manager - NetAdmin                                                                   Location: Boulder, CO

Responsibilities: 

Own and technically manage client’s networks
Work with CEO in creating structures which improve the systems, quality and delivery of services to all of our clients.
After hours monitoring of alerts, weekend work, evening work rebooting servers will be required  (however we work hard to keep this low to have good balance)
Key stakeholder in RMM automation and development
Alerts Lead (owner of the system which supports all client alerting)
Delegation of Alert monitoring to other staff
Co-Owner of Invoicing approval and creation process, with CEO
Create IT plans for clients (budget planning & recommendations for improvements)
Meet with and sell in new services with CEO to existing and new clients

Ability to talk technically with varying degrees of technical/nontechnical client contacts
Strong work ethic, takes pride in doing the job right and completely
You must be comfortable and confident handling interactions with CEO level clients at their office.
Ability to talk technically with varying degrees of technical/nontechnical client contacts
Strong listening skills, gathering business requirements from clients to assemble IT projects that meet those requirements and deliver ontime/onbudget
Experience managing a team of IT NetAdmins
Experience as an IT Manager and Network Administrator
Self-motivated, go getter attitude, excellent work ethic
Excellent listening skills
 

Technical Skills:

Windows Server excellence and knowledge expert in the following
•    VMWare ESXi
•    Virtualization experience, hands on running multi host VMWare environments with SAN iSCSI and direct attached storage
•    Veeam virtualzation backup
•    Windows Server 2008-Server 2016
•    AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, TCP-IP
•    Server Building experience (os)
•    APC Battery Backup programming and management
•    Office 365 (management/migration/integration with onsite)
•    GoogleApps (management)
•    Networking/Switch/Firewall (SonicWall & Cisco) deployment including wireless access point systems
•    Backup documentation and planning
•    Disaster recovery playbook creation and implementation
•    Connectwise beyond day to day, finding efficiencies and automation
•    Budgeting and planning for clients (trend reports, inventory management and flow)
•    Project lead – equipment ordering, setup and deployment on budget and on scope/deadline
•    Connectwise/LabTech experience
•    MCSE, A+ Networking/Security, VCP

Reliable automobile and ability to lift 40 lbs

Compensation:

Compensatory with experience $75,000-$105,000
