About Technology Helpers:

Technology Helpers works with small and mid-sized businesses who typically have from 3 to 200 employees. Often our clients' IT needs don't require a full time staff so they work with us as their IT department. Some clients have an internally staffed IT person or department but need additional expertise, more manpower on large projects or more consistent coverage while people are on vacation. In either case, we pride ourselves on bringing great value and productivity to our clients' businesses.

Positions Available:

IT Support Technician                                                                             Location: Boulder, CO

Responsibilities: 

Support desk receiving calls, working as a part of a 4 person team
Handles first and second tier technical requests
Sets up and onboards computers for our clients on domains/workgroups
Follows and improves onboarding documentation
Documents systems and network configurations at client sites
Has an interest in creating clear and procedural documentation to improve our processes
Seeks to find efficiencies and enjoys bringing and sharing new information with our technical team
Supports up to 30 client networks and reports to our team assigned client vCIO
Onsite and remote client support

Qualities:

You must be a people person and personable
Ability to talk technically with varying degrees of technical/nontechnical client contacts
Strong work ethic, takes pride in doing the job right and completely
You must be comfortable and confident handling interactions with CEO level clients at their office
Excellent listening skills
Self-motivated, go getter attitude

Technical Skills:

Desktop quoting, purchasing, setup, and data migration
Troubleshooting computer software/hardware, printer, wireless and application problems
Office 365, GoogleApps (management - onboard, edit, offboard)
Networking/Switch/Firewall/Wireless (SonicWALL, Cisco, Ubiquiti) (maintenance)
Documentation and planning (standardizing, verifying, testing) 
Inventory Management
Connectwise/LabTech experience
Reliable automobile and ability to lift 40 lbs

Compensation:

Compensatory with experience $40,000-$55,000
